Initiate a Return Request
Contact our dedicated support team or log into your account portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories, and affix the RMA label to the exterior of the box.
Inspection and Processing
Our laboratory technicians will inspect the hardware for quality assurance; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
